Tips to ensure a successful candle experience

• Keep away from children, pets and flammable objects
• Never leave candles unattended; always burn within sight
• Always trim your wick. Gently trim your cotton wick to 1/4 before every use
• Remove all trimmings and debris prior to lighting
• When lighting your soy candle for the first time, it is important to let it burn for a minimum of 2-3 hours. This ensures an event melt of the candle and will discourage tunneling
• Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Prolonged burning can cause the jar to overheat
• Never touch your candle jar while it is lit. Allow for sufficient cooling before handling
• Never let your candle burn itself out
• Reuse and repurpose your empty candle jar

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact us for a replacement. Due to creating the candles in small batches, we will aim to ship orders within 7 business days.
